Mahidol University student juggling between studies & MMA dreams

A Thai native MMA athlete chasing his dreams while entering into his second year of studies pursuing economics as his major in Mahidol University Bangkok.
19 year old Krittamet “Artzilla” Thurakitwong bursts into the local Mixed Martial Arts Circuit by racking up a 2 Wins no Losses Amateur record in less than a year of training MMA. Previously trained in the discipline of boxing, Krittamet decided to cross over into MMA after proper guidance of ONE Championship Bantamweight Rockie Bactol & Head Coach who is also a former ONE Championship fighter Nicholas “JJ” Lee out of YORKY Mixed Martial Arts, Bangkok.

When asked about his currently lifestyle and how he is managing between his studies and training, Krittamet says “It’s definitely tough and tiring to go back and fourth the gym and my school, but this is what I want and I vision myself to be a champion one day. I believe in hard work while we are young and relaxation when we grow old!”
Krittamet last competed in one of Bangkok’s most reputated non-profit charity combat sporting events “Dogfights Boxing & MMA” against a Singaporean MMA Fighter, scoring a second round TKO (Technical Knockout) Stoppage via Ground & Pound. Earning him an impressive victory to top his first outing when he fought an infamous Ex-Prisoner and brawler back at MFC Fighting Championships.

He will compete next on May 5th, 2018 in Kota Kinabalu Malaysia on the Rampage Fighting Championships event.
– [UPDATE]: He won at the first round by rear naked choke –
