“BigBox Beatdown 1” MMA and Boxing underground event.
On July 7th, 2018 Bangkok people assisted to an outstanding event in the underground world of Martial Arts, the BBB1 or Bigbox Beatdown 1.
The Combat Sports event was hosted by the Bigbox Gym in Rama 4 and organized by the Dogfights co-founder Nicholas JJ Lee, “BigBox Beatdown 1” displayed an outstanding international fight card with 28 fighters, in both MMA and Boxing, challenging each other for the BBB title.
After a good dose of experience in DogFights with his friend good Oliver Fennel, Nicholas has been able to gather enough skills and connections to put together a perfect night with over 130 attendants, which in terms of space at the Bigbox equals to full house!
The full engaged audience witnessed a great level of sportsmanship and a full action set of spectacular fights.
Being an amateur competition we were really fascinated by the preparation level of the athletes!
This joined collaboration between Yorky MMA fight academy, BigBox Rama 4 and Martial Arts Thailand was streamed LIVE in our facebook page and, as of today, it reached over 9.000 people (First 4 fights plus fight No.7 with females MMA bout of Colleen Augustin vs Emilia Elisha Ranyer).
