ONE: DREAMS OF GOLD, which took place at the Impact Arena in Bangkok last Friday night, 16 August comprised of compelling match-ups and thrilling finishes.

In the main event, Ilias Ennahachi of the Netherlands stopped local favorite Petchdam Petchyindee Academy of Thailand to capture the ONE Flyweight Kickboxing World Championship with an exhausting drill of strikes that made Petchdam fall by TKO.

ONE Atomweight Kickboxing and Muay Thai World Champion Stamp Fairtex made a triumphant return to mixed martial arts, submitting opponent Asha “Knockout Queen” Roka of India with a rear naked choke.

Stamp made an outstanding MMA performance with professional a Muay Thai stance and standup fight but unrevealed a perfect execution of BJJ moves when the game went on the ground, forcing her opponent to tap out.

Kickboxing icon Giorgio “The Doctor” Petrosyan of Italy advanced to the ONE Featherweight Kickboxing World Grand Prix Finals with a first-round knockout victory “Smokin'” Jo Nattawut of Thailand.

Giorgio masterly threw a right touching jab concealing his powerful screwed left cross hitting Smokin’ Jo and sending him right on the ground.

Samy “AK47” Sana gloriously won against his opponent  “Genghis Khan” Dzhabar Askerov and will fight Giorgio “The Doctor” Petrosyan at the Kickboxing finals which will take place at ONE: CENTURY on 13 October 2019 at the Ryogoku Kokugikan in Tokyo, Japan.

Both Samy “AK47” Sana and Giorgio “The Doctor” Petrosyan didn’t want to advance any word about their upcoming final but they both claimed they prefer to do their talking in the ring.

ONE Championship: Dreams of Gold was a majestic event in the classic outstanding ONE style. Everything had been Swiss quality organized and fantastically operated by its professional staff involved. It’s the very first event under the newly appointed president of the Thai ONE organization Plai Jitinat and we are looking forward to see even more improvement and awesome fights.
